Charity Donations
£1,000 donated to the RNLI
Our "Give Us Your Empties Campaign" has been a great success once again - thanks to you!
Recycling your empty toners and ink cartridges means we have been able to donate a whopping £1,000 to the
RNLI recently!
"Dear Karen
On behalf of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution South East Region I would like to thank you and your colleagues at Clares Office Supplies for your very generous donation of £1000.
We rely almost totally on generosity such as yours to continue our work of saving lives at sea. Provisional figures show that we rescued 7,715 people last year and 1,339 of these were in the South East of England"
Nick Kenyon, Area Fundraising Manager
Saving Lives at Sea!
The RNLI is the charity that provides a 24-hour lifesaving service around the UK and Republic of Ireland. In addition to saving lives they also provide valuable educational resources which are used to change attitudes and behaviours such as sea safety, beach safety, fishing safety, weather, tidal and surf forecasts - the list is endless. Visit their website for full details.
Recycle Your
Empties!
Empty toners and ink cartridges are valuable. They can be recycled, it helps to reduce landfill and improve the environment for everyone. We receive payment for every cartridge recycled and add this to our charity fund.
All we want you to do is fill our bin with empty inkjet and laser cartridges, when it's full, call us and we'll collect and bring you a replacement bin.
With your help we have donated some £3,500 to charities in the last year from recycling profits and our goal of £10,000 is not far off. Thank you for your help in not only raising funds but in keeping our environment cleaner too. This service is completely FREE OF CHARGE.
