I would like to pass on the following to your staff. Delivery drivers are very amiable and the service is excellent. Print services improved drastically over the last few months and the Telesales staff are most helpful and provides a good query service.

Clares Office Supplies have been to my knowledge providing quotes for furniture supplies to the Directorate of Health, Housing & Social Care, for approximately 7 years. During this time I have found the Team at Clares particularly professional, experienced, committed and friendly. My main contacts are with the furniture team although we do a little business with the stationery side of the company. I find the invoicing structure well balanced and have had very few occasions to discuss payments and these are usually as a result of our inability to raise a purchase order.
I find Clares ability to accept a challenge particularly beneficial as a large part of my own workload is based on short lead-times which often are unrealistic. Clares have always accepted such challenges and have never let me down on a particular piece of work. The installation team often go beyond delivering furniture and are helpful in the relocation of existing items in order to make way for new purchases.
The Design/CAD planning element of the work completed by Clares has been particularly successful and I can confidently confirm that more often than not plans are drawn up to very tight timescales in order that consultation and agreements can be reached prior to official order.
Clares have more recently been very proactive in our Pilot Scheme for Flexible/Mobile Working and we have to date installed successfully 40+ home setups to a range of PCC staff. Clares have worked on producing an easy to understand guide for home users to understand their furniture needs, have installed within the domestic arrangements of staff's homes and have in addition provided practical solutions to areas where space is at a premium. Delivery and installation to staff's home address was in the main co-ordinated by Clares" and there were no problems as a result.
As suggested above Clares provide a range of ad-hoc revenue furniture supplies, however, they also obtain our major furniture projects and over the years many of these have been of significant value. Clares are currently quoting to two major Area Housing Office refurbishments which include office furniture, fixed and mobile storage. Planning for these areas have been undertaken by "Clares" and once again to a high standard.
There are numerous other congratulations I could award to Clares and the whole Team there; however, I feel the above is a fairly good indication of both the immediate and after sales services that is provided.
