I just wanted to drop a quick email to congratulate your staff once again for giving excellent service.
I have been speaking to Julie in your sales department as I was considering purchasing a new Brother printer and wanted to ensure you could supply the consumables and what they would be priced at. Previously when buying office machinery your pricing had been higher so I had not considered you but Julie took the time and effort to find out why I was looking elsewhere and offering to price match.
Julie had managed to do that and come back with the consumables costs within 24 hours, which are only slightly higher than a competitor. The difference I am prepared to accept for the ease of dealing with a supplier that I know and have proved to be reliable. If you have any way of recognising good service please put Julie forward.
