It would just like to say the personal visits that you make to FSL’s staff maintains and enhances the goodwill already created by Clare’s delivery performance. With Julie as the dedicated contact within the office we have another very good customer liaison point. I reckon a 10 out of 10 situation, well done to all.

Thank you for your visit yesterday. It was very nice to meet you, and I appreciate all the help and guidance you were able to give me.
I would also like to re-iterate my comments on your staff and company. It always feels like I am dealing with a small family run firm (Halcyon Days), and am treated like your only customer!
A big thank you goes to Julie – for all her help and patience, and also to your delivery driver, Colin, who always remains cheerful and helpful. I look forward to a continuing successful association with you all.
