What Type of Customer am I?
Trodat Stamps Direct is one of our online shops that solely offers all kinds of stamping products. Once you are in the shop you will soon be able to create your own stamps online and submit your order to us. We generally dispatch your order within 24 hours. The payment method within this shop is solely Pay Pal.
Fastrack is another one of our shops which offers over 28,000 stationery and office supplies products for next day delivery. Many of our registered users have accounts with us and don't require payment at the time of placing the order. Prior to registering these customers were previously non-registered users. You only need to register once.
You can still create and design your stamps through Fastrack but be sure to select the Custom Stamps which can be found in the column on the left once you have logged in. If you do not have this option please call us on 023 9231 0442 and we will activate it immediately for you.
If you do not have an account set up with us you will need to select this option. By selecting this option you will enter our online shop and once you have selected the products you want you will enter details that will be used to set you up with an account. Thereafter all orders placed will be paid using your credit card via World Pay. Your account logon details will be emailed to you and thereafter you will become a Fastrack Registered User.
