Protect the authenticity of original documents
- Visible security for electronic and printed documents that can be used in the same way as rubber stamping and signing paper documents.
- The Trodat Digital Seal can be used with any Microsoft® Windows® application.
- Add the seal by simply clicking on the usual 'print' command to give the option to convert the document into a PDF file which can then be sealed.
- The sealed document can be sent electronically, via email, or printed and posted.
- The recipient only has to open the document and click on the seal to verify it is authentic and has not been altered since it was sealed. The seal can also be viewed on a hard copy.
- The Digital Seal pack contains an installation CD and leaflet, registration to the Trodat Seal server, one seal logo and 50 units of digital ink.
