From our showroom in Portsmouth, Hampshire our Furniture Team includes Clares Managing Director, Steve Clare, who has over 30 years of experience and knowledge in the industry, this can make the difference. Clares CAD designers are highly creative and have a thorough understanding of the importance of designing efficient and effective office spaces. They have extensive knowledge of health and safety guidelines making sure you and your colleagues are conforming to the required standards.
Our Furniture Team will take your ideas and wishes and transform them into visual realties producing both 2 and 3 dimensional plans. We also provide you with a physical CAD plan drawing ensuring your wishes are not just something you dream of or imagine.

Whether it’s an empty office space we are planning or working to maximise / improve your current office space, our approach is fast and simple. After an initial consultation to ascertain your requirements we find it invaluable to undertake a full and comprehensive survey of your current office space. During the survey measurements are taken and key features are recorded along with the current state of the site, this ensures we are able to identify areas that are currently under utilised and to see if space is simply being wasted. Our Planners will recommend how this space could be maximised or utilised better. Our skilled CAD planners will take the data to build your virtual office space and make any improvements / recommendations they feel would benefit you. Any existing office furniture you are keeping is drawn into the virtual model along with your new furniture range being encompassed into the plan. Once the design is complete we can present you with your new office plan at our offices in Portsmouth or on site.
