If you need to securely archive original paperwork, then look no further than our archive storage service. Our UK-wide monitored storage facilities combine the highest standards of safety, privacy and protection with maximum convenience, flexibility and access. 

By using an advanced Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tracking system, we can provide the highest levels of accuracy and efficiency, far beyond standard barcode management. Each box that leaves your premises is given a unique identification number, which you can then use to identify its exact storage location on our online system. Your items are then scanned when they leave the racking system which provides a secure audit trail. All items are transported by secure, tracked vehicles, ensuring we know where they are at all times.

Document scanning and digitisation

For clients who need to store original documents, but require access to digital versions, we offer a number of digitisation and scanning services.

Frequently accessed documents, including single and double sided, colour and embossed assets, can be scanned on receipt and made available in electronic format for use immediately. Alternatively we offer a scan-on-demand service, which provides you with the option of ‘calling off’ a digital copy of any document, as and when you need it.  We can send digital documents via the cloud, or straight to your email inbox.  We even offer an express, two-hour turn around service for urgent requests. Our document scanning services provide:

Document shredding and disposal


For clients who need to safely and securely dispose of confidential documents and waste paper, we offer a UK-wide document shredding and recycling service. 

All documents are double shredded in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act. The shredded pulp is then securely recycled in the most environmentally friendly manner. For the transportation of documents to our facility, we are also able to provide secure, lockable wheelie bins/consoles and self-sealing sacks. We can even clear out entire offices or warehouses, and shred documents onsite if required.

Secure bins

We can provide customers using our document shredding services with a range of secure collecting bins, at no extra cost. Our bins hold from 80 to 240 litres of waste paper. We can collect at a time and place that suits you, and, what’s more, we won’t tie you to a fixed term contract.
